Bug Report for the Energy Telecom - Service Review
1.Tab order is incorrect in the input fields "first name" after tab order should be "last name" but it pointing to the "Referred by field".
2.After entering the indicated required field,it accepting the form data but still showing the field required like city ,zipcode
3.State list box filed ,Bc is not the us state .and the state name Indiana is misspelled.
4.Zip code Input Field should accept the numeric value only but it accepting alpha numeric too
5.Suggestion "Best way to contact me " input field should align on one line.
6.In cell phone service the "current provider list box" the field "Nextel" is not a valid cell phone service provider.
