a.I can write or paste into input field not only digits;
b.I can write or paste into input field more than 5 characters.
9. "Contact information". Field "Email" allow type in email without "at" symbol.
10. "Contact information " . Label "Referred by". The word "by" should be written with capital letter "B" (By).

1. The “Browser Tab” contains a misspelled name of the company without a hyphen between “Energy” and “Telecom” words.
2. The web page is missing a “Default input focus object”.
3. The web page is missing a proper implementation of a “TAB Order Logical Rule” such as “LEFT > RIGHT, TOP > BOTTOM” for the first three data input fields objects but works just fine after that

#14. Cell Phone Service: “Months left on current contract” should give choices from 0 to 24 but not 0-10.

#15. Cell Phone Service: “Number of phones on plan” list box should be no more than 5, but it offers choices from 0 to 99.

#16. Cell Phone Service: "Current Provider”, the user should select only 1 option either “I am happy with my current provider” or “I am open to using different provider” but not both.

#17. “Clear” and “Submit” buttons should look the same.

#18. “Clear” button doesn’t clear this form.

Energy Telecom bug report assignment.

#1. Tabbing order is not logical: "First Name" text field is followed by "Referred by" text field in the most lower part of the section.
#2. "State" list box contains 'BC' and 'Other' items, which are not US states.
#3. "State" list box misses "HI" and "NV" states.
#4. "State" list box contains misspelled abbreviation of Indiana state: change from "IND" to "IN".
#5. "ZIP" text field allows invalid ZIP code value of "00000"
#6. "ZIP" text field allows pasting 6 digits instead of 5 as well as special characters.
#7. Inconsistency between "Current Provider" list boxes: add "AT&T" to the list box in "Cell Phone Service" section to match the list box in "Local/Long Distances..." section.
#8. "Clear button" does not clear the content in the fields. Instead, confusing error is displayed.
#9. "Email" field accepts more than 255 characters which are not up to requirement.
