Hi everyone,
I'm Yulia, I live in NYC for 3 years now.
I have master's degree in law form obtained in Russia which doesn't do me any good here in the US, so I want to learn QA testing and switch the field.
I know about Portnov computer school for about 8 years, and have no idea why I didn't start sooner.

This is how would I answer this answer at the interview:
I have a Master's degree in International Economics and another in English. I used to work as a project manager in finance and a coach in project management, handling both Waterfall and Agile projects. Now, I'm excited about QA because it gives me the opportunity to work in a remote/hybrid role and use the skills I developed in project management and coaching, like communication, negotiation, and problem-solving. I enjoy being a supportive team player and adapting to change, which is why I'm drawn to QA and the potential of AI in this field.
My interest in AI and QA grew while coaching project managers at Bay Area universities and Project Management chapters. Many of my friends are developers or in QA, and they inspired me to switch careers. Now that my child is older, I can move from part time to full time job as I have time to focus on corporate work and zero or very minimal on volunteering.
I want to build my career in QA and aim to become a QA lead in the next five years. I'm also eager to learn Python and Java to specialize in QA automation.
