#1. If submitted without filling out the whole form, but the "Contact Information" section only, the form is accepted, no indication to fill out the rest of the form.
#2. If submitted without filling out, the form gives an error message saying that all the required fields should be filled out except for the "Email field".
#3. If submitted without filling out, all the forms' asterisk change color from blue to red, except for "Email" field.
