Hello everyone, I’m Alex, 39 years old. I’m from Russia and Ukraine(50\50).
In Russia I was a software developer, I worked in a gamedev company in St.Petersburg (wrote game mechanics in C# in the Unity game engine. Before the release of all the games, we tested them ourselves; we did not have testers on the company’s staff. So I already have some experience testing applications, although this was not professional testing))
I also worked as a freelancer creating videos and special effects for games in Unreal Engine. This was already creative work and I want to put it aside as a hobby, but I want to develop professionally as a tester, I’m also very interested in mastering automatic testing.
In December 2022, my family (wife and 2 sons) arrived in the USA. We live in California, not far from LA. During this time I managed to work in delivery, moving and construction. And now the time has come to start my life from scratch, to acquire a new profession, my transformer)) by great luck, Mikhail Portnov became and I am sure that we will succeed.
