I started to work survival jobs right after high school graduation to support my family. I was always attracted to technology and was very happy to find a job as an operator-analytic of a road traffic at 2014 where I worked for several years. It was a contract job that was knit to my boss's ability to find that contracts and give it to me in spite of shrinking market, but eventually he left for his country and I again started to search for a jobs that I would like. Sporadically I tried to learn front-end development while working survival jobs but had no clear idea of how to land on a real job in web development. Eventually one of my favorite tech YouTubers recommended to try myself in software testing and recommended a SQA school. I see my future in QA field and want to grow in profession to someone who really makes the difference as a software tester.

                              Greetings.

My name is German Shevelev. I was born in Russia, graduated from Nizhny Novgorod State University as a Specialist of International Relationships, mastering my English, Chinese and communicative skills there.

Right after the graduation I decided to test my abilities in real life and enrolled on the opportunity to teach English in a chain of kindergartens located in Beijing, China.

After I successfully spent one year there, proving the point that I am able to live in foreign surroundings which was a terrific experience, I had to go back home to take care of my mother's business while she was away taking care of her close relatives. I thought that I would cover her position which required accounting, communicative and decision-making skills for mere months. Instead I stayed for almost 4 years since I managed to tackle the majority of assigned tasks on my own. Feeling that I have completed my assignment and my family duty to its' full, I decided to move on.

It was time to put my university gained skills into proper use, so I applied for a position of an Information Analyst at the Nizhny Novgorod Development Corporation. After a couple of interviews and a bottle of Martini I was accepted. My main duties were to analyse the regional market, find what it lacked and try to introduce new product makers, both domestic and international, into the area of my home state. That included basic and thorough analisys of the region's information and communication with local and outside producers of goods. I am glad to conclude that all in all my employer and my managers were satisfied with my performance and were sorry to let me go when I decided to change my life drastically once again and migrate to the USA this time.

Here, starting as a simple mover, with effort and sweat and sleepless nights but eventually, I managed to gain the basics of dispatching in the rapidly developing moving company, which demanded multi-tasking, fast decision making skills and resistance to stress. As a result now I am responsible for all the local moves within the company along the East Coast from Maine to North Carolina. Unfortunately, the wear and tear of the position started to affect my health both physical and psycological in a negative way. This required reevaluation of the current situation, my abilities and future opportunities. It was clear to me that I had to move on to something less stressfull yet consistent and secure.

So, here I am yet again trying to push my boundaries even further and gain new specific knowledge which would allow me to undertake challenging and rewarding tasks and at the same time stay in control of my life.
